The idea of a zoetrope inspired these forms, expressed through different media. They were first cast from rubber molds as concrete stepping stones and later made as a set of end tables in concrete and wood. Also configured as an endless fax loop for roll-paper faxes, the birds' opening and closing wings migrating across the phone lines.
